Raw Food Course

raw foodJust back from a brilliant raw food course in Devon. Though I don’t plan to be 100% raw I certainly want it to be a bigger percentage of my daily diet.

Raw food is really nutritious and many people eating raw food feel so much more energised as all the vitamins, minerals, essential fats and plant enzymes are intact. For many it is a great way of losing extra weight.

It’s best to increase the amount of raw food you eat gradually so your digestive system can cope.

Stir Fry

stir fryFor one of the easiest, quickest, freshest meals in minutes knock yourself up a quick stir fry!

You can add as many or as few veggies as you like or have – make it meaty, fishy or veggie.

Adding beans and nuts makes a great veggie meal. Made mine spicy tonight by adding some harissa paste.

You can’t go wrong and you’ll never get bored as two stir fries never taste the same in this house.

Be Junk Food Aware

real foodTo be shopping aware has never been more important than now.

When I was little there was no supermarket – I hear gasps!!

Nowadays there is so much junk available to eat it is no wonder we struggle with health issues. Most of us are intolerant to many things we are eating on a daily basis and don’t even realise how good we could feel.

I love it when I do some intolerance testing and find the culprits for daily health niggles. We all should be brimming with energy, sleeping well and have good digestion, etc.

If your not then come and see me and we’ll sort that out!
