Now the new year is here it’s a good time to make plans to improve our health through diet, exercise and mindfulness or other relaxing pursuits. make a list of what you would like to achieve and start slowly making changes one by one.
Once it feels easy add in another change and this will become easier as your energy and motivation improve. Find some exercise you love to do – there are lot of great yoga and pilates classes in Dumfries & Galloway which will gently get you moving and stretching.
My plan is to stick to attempting 51% (or more) raw food – As well as doing more steaming. This is to culminate in attending a raw food course in Devon at the end of March which I’m really looking forward to.
My mum is going too and she’s 84 so it’s never to late to make BIG changes!!
