Off to a raw food course this week – away Wednesday to Monday but will try to post when down there if there is plenty internet.
It’s on a farm but not sure how much of a wilderness retreat it will be. I’ll be full of great ideas when i get back.
Here are some of the benefits of raw foods:

Weight loss
Reduced risk of disease due to it’s great acid/alkali balance.
I’ve been stepping up my juicing in preparation so I’ll be telling all next week. It’s times like this that make me glad I don’t do caffeine!
Don’t want the weight loss so I’ll need to pig out on nuts – Hmm, wonder if they’ve got any raw chocolate around……….
