Vitamin C

berriesWe are fast approaching hayfever time for many of us with lots of unpleasant symptoms.

This is the time to increase the Vitamin C in the diet which also contains quercertin.

This is found in abundance in berries and citrus fruit.

If you want it is also worth adding in extra into the diet. also do some homeopathic desensitising but this needs to be carried out before the season starts or it’s too late.

Don’t feel at the mercy of hayfever there’s lots you can do to minimise the problem
