The family are absolutely delighted as there’s not been much baking in my raw food regime!!
These biscuits are coconut and cranberry made with wholemeal flour. On the subject of raw, the main benefit I found during my raw food diet is that it really lifted my mood – I am lucky not to suffer depression but eating raw made my mood elated!!
I suggest to anyone who feels low start introducing some raw foods as salad starters or fruity breakfasts.
