Ingredients
6 oz wholemeal flour
2 oz rolled oats
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 oz dark brown sugar
1 tblsp blackstrap molasses
1 tblsp malt extract
4 oz butter or pure
2 organic eggs
3 or so ripe bananas (roughly 12oz weight) – mashed
