My kitchen at home has just been upgraded for doing some demo cookery and I was thinking that it would be a great idea to work with a few different groups teaching great nutrition along with doing some actual cooking (I call this the making it real!!).
Often giving food ideas and tips is a fairly abstract notion but if you can see, taste and prepare the food (or watch it being prepared) that can really help and give you loads of inspiration.
The two groups I thought would be great to start with are
1. Weight loss
2. Healthy eating for the family (tips for feeding fussy kids!!)
The ladies who attended my talk last Wednesday night in the King’s Arms might like to come along and see some great foods being prepared?
