A friend has just sent me a very interesting message about respect and the importance of respect within communities such as schools, family members, neighbours, work colleagues, etc.
Respect (or the lack of) is a big issue and how can we all give respect if we don’t respect ourselves, our health and our body.
We need to nurture ourselves on all levels – mind, body and spirit!
Good health promoting food will help do this as if we eat crap food we will just feel crap.
Make tomorrow a day when you nurture yourself with health promoting foods – so its farewell to crisps, coke, biscuits, sweeties…………….
